Privacy Policy

Flyover Automation, operated by Restoration Automation, collects the information you submit: your name, company, email, phone, website, service territory, project minimum, lead volume, and follow-up preferences. We store consent, submission time, and a salted hash of your IP address to limit misuse.

Demo information

The public homeowner demonstration saves sample answers and funnel activity in this browser tab’s session storage and does not send them to our server. Saved progress is restored on reload for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; closing the tab clears the browser session. Recovery messages are not sent by the sample flow. Separate legacy personalized sessions may save sample project answers and appointment status. Please use fictional homeowner information. Sample appointments do not create real calendar events or send homeowner confirmations. The current guided flow does not require a voice conversation.

How we use and share information

We use your information to personalize the demo, assess integration fit, respond to your inquiry, and arrange a sales conversation. Our hosting and workflow providers process information needed to deliver these functions. If voice or AI conversations are enabled separately, the conversation provider may process those interactions. We do not sell your submitted details.

Follow-up

Submitting the demo form does not initiate an automated phone call or SMS. Requesting an implementation call sends your company details to our team so a time can be arranged.

Retention and choices

Demo access links expire after one hour. Expiration does not delete contact, consent, or sample records. Records currently remain until removed through our operational process; automated deletion is not yet configured. Provider workflow and conversation records have separate retention settings. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
